When learning freestyle moves or recovering from low dives, undersized 45A/50A ESCs overheat and desync. The MEPS NEONCORE 60a esc is built with heavy-duty electrical headroom:

●60A Continuous / 80A Burst (10s): Powers high-KV 2207 and 2306 motors effortlessly, eliminating throttle lag and power sagging.

●3S to 8S LiPo Capability: Supports wide-voltage inputs up to 33.6V. The high-voltage-rated MOSFETs absorb inductive voltage spikes during hard 6S snaps with ease.

●Low-ESR Filtering: Includes a 35V 1000µF low-ESR capacitor to smooth ripple voltage and keep your FPV video feed clean.

Designed to Manage Heat Under Load

Excessive heat leads to thermal throttling and inaccurate sensor data. This esc fpv board features a custom-machined CNC aluminum alloy heatsink paired with high-efficiency thermal interface pads:

●Active Heat Dissipation: Rapidly transfers heat away from the critical MOSFETs, keeping operating temperatures significantly lower during back-to-back battery rips.

●Precise Telemetry Accuracy: By keeping internal components well below thermal thresholds, the onboard current and voltage sensors maintain rock-solid accuracy. You get reliable, real-time mAh consumption and voltage data on your FPV OSD without temperature-induced drifting.

Give the heatsink room to breathe, and leave enough clearance between the ESC and flight controller when assembling the stack.

The MEPS NEONCORE combines a CNC aluminum housing with factory-applied conformal coating to give the ESC two layers of protection:

The ESC is not crash-proof or waterproof. After a wet or muddy landing, disconnect the battery, then clean, dry, and inspect the quad before powering it again.

⚠️Installation & Setup Guide (Must-Read):

1. Verify Wiring Pinouts Strictly： The ESC and O3/O4 Air Unit cables on this stack feature a redundant multi-pin design, which differs from standard standard pinouts. Always cross-check the wire sequence (pin-to-pin) before plugging them in. DO NOT plug them in blindly, or you risk burning out your Air Unit or Flight Controller.

2. Add Stack Spacers for Clearance: Due to the thick metal heatsink, the FC bottom components may physically interfere with the ESC armor. You MUST install the included spacers or nylon nuts between the ESC and FC to ensure enough clearance and vibration dampening space.

3. Motor Direction Adjustment: If you cannot change the motor direction in Betaflight Configurator after enabling Bidirectional DSHOT, go to the CLI tab, type: set dshot_bitbang = AUTO and press Enter, then type save. Alternatively, temporarily disable Bidirectional DSHOT, change the motor direction, and re-enable it.
