1. How Do I Place My Order?

Ordering online from mepsking.shop is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the model, choose attributes and quantity desired and then click "ADD TO CART". Once you have your desired items in your cart, simply click the "CHECKOUT" button. You will then be prompted to either log in to your account or to create a new account. Next, you will be directed to complete the shipping address and shipping method, leave your requirements if have, enter any Promo Code that you want to use to lower the price if has any, and input a value you want to declare.


2. Can I Order via Smartphone or Tablet?

Yes! Our website is compatible with computers, phones, tablets and everything in between.


3. How Long Can Items Be Stored in My Shopping Cart?

If you do not delete it, it will be stored there.


4. Can I Cancel or Modify the Order I Just Placed?

It is possible to cancel or modify your order only if the item has not been sent out. Please contact us via our customer support email at online@mepsking.com. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled.


5. How Will I Know If My Order is Successfully Placed?

Upon completing your checkout, an email confirmation containing your order number will be sent shortly. If you don't find it in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder. If you still haven't received an email, kindly reach out to us online@mepsking.com.


6. When Will I Receive My Refund or Coupon Credit After Canceling My Order?

If the order has been paid for, you will receive the refunded coupon and/or credit about 3 working days after contacting our customer service team at online@mepsking.com and receiving confirmation.

If the order has not been paid for, you will receive the refunded coupon and/or credit immediately after contacting our customer service team at online@mepsking.com and receiving confirmation.

Normally, we ship orders to the worldwide.


2. How Much Does the Shipping Cost?

Standard Shipping  (15-20 Working days)    $2.99  

-Shipped by partners such as YunExpress and Yanwen    

(Normally we provide free shipping on orders over $99.)


Expedited Shipping (3-7 Working days)   $17.99    

-Shipped by UPS/DHL; customers may need to assist with customs clearance depending on the policies of countries


3. How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Normally, order handling time is within 1-5 business days and it will take 7-15 business days to arrive, though there might be occasional delays during busy seasons. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us online@mepsking.com.

Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time.


4. How Can I Track My Order?

You can track your order on 17track.net once we are ready to ship your order, and we will also send you an email with the relevant delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order under "My Orders" when log in to your MEPSKING account. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.


5. What If The Parcel Has Been Delivered to a Wrong Address?

Shipments will be delivered to the address provided during checkout on our webpage. MEPSKING cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in the shipping address entered by the customer during checkout. Any additional fees incurred for re-shipping due to address errors may be passed on to the customer. It's important to note that failing to enter a valid street address might result in delays to your shipment.

1. What Types of Payment Are Accepted?

We accept secure payments through bank transfer and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, JCB, etc.).


2. What Currencies Can I Pay?

We accept USD currency.

4. Will I Have to Pay Any Sales Tax?

Taxes are charged by customs offices in the destination country based upon their rules and policies. The customer is responsible to find out the situation in their country, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations.


5. What Can I Do If The Payment For My Order is Declined?

If your payment has been declined, you will need to place your order again. We're not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.

To ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:

1) Your order information (eg. phone number, email address) before submitting your order; if you are shipping to a business address, make sure to put your name on the order.

2) Make sure the card details information is correct, e.g. the expiry date and your billing address.

3) Enter the correct security code - that's the three-digit number on the backside of your card.

4) Your card issuer may have declined your payment. As they won't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them.

If you have checked all of the above, try paying with another card or with another form of payment.

If you've tried all these and are still having problems, please contact online@mepsking.com with as many details as you can about the issue, including any error message you receive and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can.


6. Why is My Order Status Still Pending After Payment?

The delay may result from the time required to synchronize payment confirmation between our and the payment processor's system. Contact customer support using our online chat service or email online@mepsking.com for further assistance.


Note

1) If your payment cannot go through, please contact the issuing bank for help. If they cannot identify the problem, we suggest trying another method of payment.

2) If a dispute occurs before the order is shipped out, the order will be delayed as the payment will be temporarily held back by Bank Transfer/Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, JCB, etc.).

3) Different forms of payment cannot be combined.
