30-Day Return Policy (From Shipping Date)
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the shipping date of your order.

Product Warranty
MEPSKING provides a 24-month warranty for our branded (MEPS and T-HOBBY) electronic products against manufacturing defects.
Covered products may include:
FPV Motors
Flight Controllers (FC)
ESC
Other MEPSKING branded electronics
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may provide:
Free Replacement or
Repair service or
Partial refund or
Shop Coupon
After-sales service for third-party products is subject to the official policies of their respective brands. MEPSKING will assist in communication but is not responsible for final warranty decisions.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Protection
If your product arrives defective or not working, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange:

Warranty Does Not Cover
The following situations are not covered by warranty:
Damage caused by pilot error, improper use, or failure to follow instructions.
Damage from water, fire, or crashes not related to manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly.
Damage from incorrect use of batteries/chargers or defective batteries.
Damage from harsh weather or electromagnetic / wireless interference.
Damage from aging / damaged components or 3rd-party products.
Issues from non-MEPSKING technical support or inaccurate setup.
Loss due to customs detention or clearance issues (force majeure).
Logistics issues (delivery failure, lost package) caused by carriers; reshipment may be arranged after verification.
