1.How do I place my order?

Ordering online from mepsking.shop is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the model, choose attributes and quantity desired and then click "ADD TO CART". Once you have your desired items in your cart, simply click the "CHECKOUT" button. You will then be prompted to either log in to your account or to create a new account. Next, you will be directed to complete the shipping address and shipping method, leave your requirements if have, enter any Promo Code that you want to use to lower the price if has any, and input a value you want to declare.

2.Can I order via smartphone or tablet?

Yes! Our website is compatible with computers, phones, tablets and everything in between.

3.How long can items be stored in my shopping cart?

If you do not delete it, it will be stored there indefinitely.

4.Can I cancel or modify the order I just placed?

It is possible to cancel or modify your order only if the item has not been sent out. Please contact us via our customer support email at online@mepsking.com. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled.

5.How will I know if my order is successfully placed?

Upon completing your checkout, an email confirmation containing your order number will be sent shortly. If you don't find it in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder. If you still haven't received an email, kindly reach out to us at online@mepsking.com.

6.When will I receive my refund or coupon credit after canceling my order?

● If the order has been paid for, you will receive the refunded coupon and/or credit about 3 working days after contacting our customer service team and receiving confirmation.

● If the order has not been paid for, you will receive the refunded coupon and/or credit immediately after contacting our customer service team and receiving confirmation.

7.What types of payment are accepted?

We accept secure payments through bank transfer and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, JCB, etc.), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

8.What currencies can I pay in?

We primarily accept USD. However, our website may display and support additional local currencies based on your location.

9.Are my privacy and personal information secure on your site?

We provide the best e-commerce service in the industry, and guarantee secure payment processing at all times. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

10.Will I have to pay any sales tax?

Taxes are charged by customs offices in the destination country based upon their rules and policies. The customer is responsible to find out the situation in their country. Customers take full liability for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

11.What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?

1. If your payment has been declined, you will need to place your order again. To ensure your order is not declined, please check: Your order information (phone number, email address) is correct; if shipping to a business address, make sure to put your name on the order.

2. Card details are correct (expiry date, billing address).

3. Enter the correct security code (three-digit number on the back of your card).

4. Your card issuer may have declined your payment — check with them directly.

12.Why is my order status still pending after payment?

The delay may result from the time required to synchronize payment confirmation between our system and the payment processor. Contact customer support for further assistance.

Note: If a dispute occurs before the order is shipped, the order will be delayed as the payment will be temporarily held back by Bank Transfer/Credit Card. Different forms of payment cannot be combined.

13.How do promo codes work?

Promotional codes and discounts have validity periods and terms that will be clearly stated. Expired promotions are deemed invalid.
