Orders & Payment

Placing an order signifies agreement with these terms. An order number will be generated and sent via email or site message.

Shipping Time: Orders are shipped from the warehouse based on the product page’s dispatch time. (Delays due to holidays or unforeseen events will be notified separately.)

Shipping Scope & Fees

We offer worldwide delivery. Free shipping is available to select countries/regions on qualifying orders. Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout. For split shipments, any cost difference will be communicated in advance.

Tracking

All packages come with trackable numbers. In case of delay, we’ll assist in communication with the shipping carrier.

1. 7-Day No-Reason Return Policy

We offer a risk-free trial of our products with eligible “7-Day No-Reason Returns.”

 Return Window: Within 7 days from the day after delivery

 Product Condition: Item must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and accessories intact

 Shipping Fees: Covered by seller for quality issues; otherwise, borne by the buyer

 Refund Timeline: Refund will be processed within 7 business days after returned items pass inspection

2. 24-Month Warranty

 All eligible products (e.g. motors, flight controllers, VTX, ESCs, etc.) come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase

 Covers defects and malfunctions caused by non-human factors

 Depending on the issue, we may offer discounts, free repairs, part replacements, or full product replacement

 Specific products (e.g. batteries, flight controllers, transmitters) follow the warranty period stated on the product page
