A flight controller does more than keep an FPV drone level. It determines how easily you can connect your receiver, digital video system, GPS, buzzer, and other peripherals—and how much tuning data you have when the quad does not fly as expected.
The T-HOBBY Velox F7 SE Flight Controller is built for pilots who want a capable 30.5 × 30.5mm F7-based controller for modern freestyle, cinematic, and larger FPV builds. It combines an STM32F722 processor, ICM-42688P SPI gyro, Bluetooth connectivity, a large 128MB Blackbox, HD and analog video support, and a flexible power layout.
The current F7 SE 8S version supports 4–8S LiPo input, while older F7 SE revisions were limited to 6S and used a different BEC layout. Check the selected product version and its BEC pad labels before wiring your build.

The 128MB Blackbox gives pilots much more room to record flight logs than the 16MB memory found on many budget FCs. That matters when you are tuning a new 5-inch quad, diagnosing vibration, or reviewing several flights before clearing logs.
A detailed hands-on review found that the board has generously sized, logically grouped solder pads and multiple connectors on the underside, which can make receiver, GPS, and video-system installation easier. The reviewer also noted that Bluetooth allows phone-based Betaflight configuration and Blackbox access in the field.

● The Bluetooth antenna and USB-C port protrude slightly from the board, so check frame clearance before final assembly.

Choose the F7 PRO if you are building a more peripheral-heavy quad, need extra UARTs, want INAV compatibility, or prefer integrated WiFi as well as Bluetooth.
