It reads data from the gyro and other sensors, processes your stick inputs, runs the firmware, and sends commands to the ESCs and motors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A modern FPV flight controller usually manages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>gyro and accelerometer data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>receiver input<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ESC protocol output<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OSD data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VTX control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GPS and rescue functions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>blackbox logging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LEDs, buzzer, and other peripherals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a practical build, the flight controller is also the wiring hub. That is why choosing the right drone flight controller is not just about performance. It is not.&nbsp;AIO&nbsp;means the FC and ESC are integrated into one board.
